Welche Daten wir bearbeiten
Wir bearbeiten nur, was die App zum Funktionieren braucht. Es gibt keine Analyse-Tools, kein Tracking und keine Werbe-Cookies. Im Browser speichert die App nur deine Anmeldung und Daten, die noch hochgeladen werden müssen.
- Konto: E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort (das Passwort wird nur verschlüsselt gespeichert). Als Gast kannst du die App ohne E-Mail nutzen.
- Trainingsdaten: Workouts, Sätze, Gewichte, Wiederholungen, Notizen, Routinen, Trainingspläne und eigene Übungen.
- Körpergewicht: freiwillig und nur, wenn du es eingibst. Es kann als Gesundheitsdatum gelten. Du kannst Einträge jederzeit löschen.
- Profil und Freunde: ein freiwilliger Benutzername, deine Freundschaften, Gruppen und Routinen, die du an Freunde sendest.
- Abo: ob und bis wann du ein Abo hast, sowie die Kunden- und Abo-Kennung bei Stripe. Kartendaten erhält nur Stripe, nie wir.
- Empfehlungen: Registrierst du dich über einen Einladungslink, speichern wir, welches Konto dich eingeladen hat. Die einladende Person erfährt nur, wie viele ihrer Eingeladenen ein Abo haben, nicht wer.
- Erinnerungen: eine technische Push-Adresse deines Geräts, nur wenn du Erinnerungen einschaltest.
- Technische Daten: Beim Aufruf der App fallen bei unseren Dienstleistern technische Protokolle an, zum Beispiel deine IP-Adresse. Sie dienen dem sicheren Betrieb.
Wer deine Daten sieht
- Dein Profil ist standardmässig privat.
- Stellst du es auf öffentlich, sehen alle angemeldeten Nutzer auf der globalen Rangliste deinen Benutzernamen, deine Trainingsstatistiken und dein Körpergewicht.
- Freunde, die du bestätigt hast, und Mitglieder deiner Gruppen sehen deinen Benutzernamen, deine Trainingsstatistiken und dein Körpergewicht, auch wenn dein Profil privat ist.
- Ohne Konto sieht niemand deine Daten.
Wir verwenden die Daten, um dir die App bereitzustellen, das Abo abzuwickeln und dich über wichtige Änderungen zu informieren. Soweit die EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) anwendbar ist, stützen wir uns auf die Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), für das Körpergewicht auf deine Einwilligung (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO), die du widerrufen kannst, indem du die Einträge löschst.

Aufbewahrung und Löschung
- Dein Konto und deine Daten bleiben gespeichert, bis du das Konto löschst. Das geht jederzeit in den Einstellungen und entfernt alle deine Daten sofort. Ein laufendes Abo wird dabei zuerst gekündigt.
- Gastkonten werden automatisch gelöscht, wenn sie älter als 30 Tage sind und in den letzten 30 Tagen kein Workout erfasst wurde.
- Sicherungskopien unseres Datenbank-Dienstleisters laufen automatisch nach kurzer Zeit ab.
- Zahlungsbelege bewahren Stripe und wir so lange auf, wie es das Gesetz verlangt (in der Schweiz in der Regel 10 Jahre).
Deine Rechte
Du kannst jederzeit Auskunft über deine Daten verlangen, sie berichtigen oder löschen lassen und der Bearbeitung widersprechen. Deine Daten kannst du in den Einstellungen selbst exportieren und löschen. Schreib für alles andere an support@lazylift.app; wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Du kannst dich ausserdem beim Eidgenössischen Datenschutz- und Öffentlichkeitsbeauftragten (EDÖB) beschweren, oder, wenn du in der EU wohnst, bei der Datenschutzbehörde deines Landes.
Änderungen
Wesentliche Änderungen dieser Datenschutzerklärung teilen wir dir per E-Mail mit.

What data we process
We only process what the app needs to work. There are no analytics tools, no tracking and no advertising cookies. In your browser, the app only stores your sign-in and data that still has to be uploaded.
- Account: email address and password (the password is only stored encrypted). As a guest you can use the app without an email address.
- Training data: workouts, sets, weights, reps, notes, routines, schedules and your own exercises.
- Body weight: optional, and only if you enter it. It may count as health data. You can delete entries at any time.
- Profile and friends: an optional username, your friendships, groups, and routines you send to friends.
- Subscription: whether and until when you have a subscription, plus your customer and subscription ID at Stripe. Only Stripe receives card details, never us.
- Referrals: if you sign up through an invite link, we record which account invited you. The person who invited you only learns how many of their invitees subscribe, not who.
- Reminders: a technical push address for your device, only if you turn reminders on.
- Technical data: when you open the app, our processors keep technical logs, such as your IP address, to run the service securely.
Who sees your data
- Your profile is private by default.
- If you make it public, every signed-in user can see your username, training stats and body weight on the global leaderboard.
- Friends you have accepted and members of your groups see your username, training stats and body weight, even if your profile is private.
- Nobody without an account can see your data.
We use the data to provide the app, handle the subscription and tell you about important changes. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for body weight on your consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw by deleting the entries.

Retention and deletion
- Your account and data are kept until you delete your account. You can do that at any time in Settings, and it removes all your data immediately. A running subscription is cancelled first.
- Guest accounts are deleted automatically once they are older than 30 days and no workout has been logged in the last 30 days.
- Backups at our database provider expire automatically after a short time.
- Stripe and we keep payment records as long as the law requires (in Switzerland usually 10 years).
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. You can export and delete your data yourself in Settings. For anything else, write to support@lazylift.app; we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, to your country's data protection authority.
Changes
We will tell you about material changes to this privacy policy by email.
